Breeders
All of my breeding ferrets are first and foremost my pets. In
keeping with that priority my breeding program vastly relfect
my perfect pet personalities and athestics. My hobs are large
boned, laid back, cuddle ferrets. These are the traits I want
for my male ferret companions and so are relected in my breeding
hobs. My jills tend to be quite intellegent and athletic. They
range from quite petite to more "hefty" in size but
their great muscle mass, atheletic abilities, and well honed intellegence
is there despite their size. Both my hobs and jills tend to have
full plush coats, large eyes, gentle temperments, and mischievious
personalities. Many of my hobs and jills contain foreign bloodlines
but the decision to add someone to my ferretry is based on temperment,
health of parentage, and structure instead of the genesis of that
given bloodline.

PFH's Osito
Color: Standard sable
DOB: 7/8/05
Breeder: Planned Ferrethood Ferretry
Sire: SHD's Cassis Bordouex
Dam: NB's Wailing Banshee of PFH
View Lineage
Osito is a real joy to be around. He is a standard sable hob with
a black nose. He has been the easiest kit I have ever raised.
He never even went through the normal kit "teething"
stage. He is sweet and smart and more than a little bit goofy!
He is a very affectionate ferret and truely inheritated the best
traits of both of his parents. His structure is wonderful with
very dense bones, great head depth and width, large expressive
eyes, and a well-formed frame. He has just entered the show circut
but has done outstanding so far with top ten chamionpship placements
and top 5 specialty placements.
PFH’s Oscar

Breeder: Planned Ferrethood Ferretry
Sire: NB’s Magnum Maximus “Moose” of PFH
Dam: SH’s Crème Brulee of PFH

Oscar is the spitting image of his father in every way except
for his mask. Oscar is loving, outgoing, and a truly fun ferret
to be around. I am looking forward to watching him grow in the
hob I know he will be. Oscar will be “replacing” his
dad in my breeding program.

Cricket Serenade of PFH
Color: Standard Sable
DOB: 4/4/04
Breeder: Shady Hollow Ferretry
Sire: JBF's Black Hawk
Dam: DR's Lady Bug of SH
View Lineage
Cricket is a large and beautiful jill. She has an amazing frame
for a jill with large ribs and hibs, great bone density and a
nice broad head. She is very quiet and sweet but has a goofy side
to her as well. She is my most laid back jill preferring quiet
games to rough and tumble or athletic feats. Cricket gets along
very well with other ferrets and has a nice even temperment. She
has preformed outstandingly well in the show circut with multiple
top ten placements and a Best in Opposite in the Breeder class.
She has also taken first in sable specialty numerous times.

Moose is a beautiful ferret with a beautiful personality. He
is loved by all who meet him. He is sweet and laid back even when
in season. He doesn’t get moody or aggressive as is common
in intact males. He lives with his neutered brother year round
and loves to be cuddled. He is very intelligent with strong problem
solving skills. He is not destructive or an escape aritist. He
is pretty much just a happy go-lucky guy. Moose has outstanding
color, head shape and large expressive eyes. He is a well proportioned
hob with nice bone density. Moose has been an outstanding father
to multiple litters and will be retired the end of 2005. Many
of his kids are listed here and in the alumni page.

"Nuks" is the foundation of my breeding program. He
is a well-built champagne hob with large eyes, an active energy
level, and nice frame. Nuks only sired one litter, but his breeding
line continues with Moose, one of his offspring. Nuks was retired
in 2002 and has been enjoying life here with a couple of his half-siblings.
